It provides a flat frequency response into any load and remains stable even with the most demanding speakers. With 1,000 watts into 8 ohms and 2,000 watts into 4 ohms or less, THD remains under 0.1% from 20 Hz to 20 kHz.

The M1 maintains a ruler-flat frequency response into any load through meticulous analog design, avoiding digital conversion or equalization. With a vanishingly low noise floor, the M1 is mechanically silent, suitable even for the quietest listening environments. Its exceptional efficiency generates minimal heat, allowing multiple units to be stacked safely—a space-saving solution for both home users and professional integrators. While Class D amplifiers are often cited as twice as efficient as conventional designs at full output, most amplifiers operate at a fraction of their capacity. At one-eighth of its maximum output—the typical working level—the M1 is six times more efficient than a conventional amplifier, delivering power quietly, coolly, and reliably.

The M1 incorporates all the strengths of our award-winning Statement Class AB amplifiers but exceeds the capabilities of Class A, Class AB, and earlier Class D designs through exclusive Anthem technologies. Contrary to popular belief, Class D is not inherently flawed. Most Class D amplifiers underperform because the technology has not been fully realized—not because of the architecture itself. The M1 uses proprietary Class D amplification developed through extensive R&D, achieving a level of performance that challenges expectations.
The M1 is purely analog, with no A/D or D/A conversion. Its control system continuously varies the width of the output pulse train in direct relation to the analog input signal. This produces pure analog power, fundamentally different from a digital stream of uniform pulses.
Weighing just 20 kg and occupying a single rack space, the M1 delivers 1,000W into 8 ohms and 2,000W into 4 ohms—proof that design, not size, determines power.
Its advanced cooling system moves heat efficiently from the interior to exterior heat sinks using sealed copper pipes with a special fluid under vacuum. The M1’s bridged design delivers lower resistance, higher speed, and improved sound quality while efficiently using the power supply and maintaining safety. Each output terminal reaches only 45 Vrms relative to chassis, even with 90 Vrms differential output.
